Repairing a copper foil suncatcher.
- Remove broken glass carefully.
- Flux old solder joints.
- Melt old solder and pull off old foil gently. (Melt, don’t yank.)
- Place new glass under piece and trace shape onto glass.
- Cut out and grind new glass to fit.
- Foil.
- Solder and finish.
